A Taste of the Atlantic: A Celebration of Indigenous Cuisine and Culture

A Taste of Atlantic Canada Festival is an event organized by ITANB member Jenna White to highlight Indigenous culture through food from all across the Atlantic Provinces. It is an opportunity to share in the rich indigenous culture and provide a bridge to help with reconciliation. Food and stories are a way to not only learn but gain appreciation for culture.
Join the group for a world class dining experience at the beautiful Beaverbrook Art Gallery. Go on a journey using traditional Indigenous ingredients that played a major role in Indigenous culture.
The evening will begin with a cocktail hour and access to all exhibits. The 5 course meal will start with a talk from our Indigenous Chefs from NB and NS about the ingredients and dishes chosen and a blessing from an elder.
